REFUND POLICY

1. Refund Period

Once a payment has been made, the subscription will remain valid for 30 days from the date of payment.

2. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so before the end of the 30-day period. Cancelling within this period stops the next auto-debit payment.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be processed if cancellation occurs prior to the renewal of the next billing cycle. Once renewed, no refunds will be issued for that cycle.

4. Exceptional Cases

ClearStay360 reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances.
